Our Story
Founded in 2009 by Alexandra Ledger, Bright Bay Design is built on over 25 years of expertise in contract interiors and 15 years dedicated to the specialist care sector.
Over this time, we’ve developed a deep understanding of how interior environments influence everyday experience, operational performance and market positioning.
We’ve successfully delivered a diverse range of projects, from new builds to complex refurbishments, each tailored to the care setting, resident profiles and care philosophy of the home.
How We Work
We take a holistic and collaborative approach to every project. Working closely with care providers, contractors and design teams, we ensure interior planning, specification and furnishings fit-out are coordinated and delivered with quality and clarity from early design stages through to completion.
As an independent and impartial practice, we are not tied to specific manufacturers or suppliers, allowing us to specify furnishings and finishes that best meet performance, durability and aesthetic requirements for each environment.
