New Build

For this 60 bed new-build care home, we coordinated the full furnishings procurement and installation, including fitted resident bedroom furniture, lounge & dining furniture, specialist seating, soft furnishings, artwork and accessories. Deliveries and installations were co-ordinated with the main contractor’s completion programme and we fitted out the interiors in the two weeks allocated to us.

Refurbishment

Within this operational care home refurbishment, we managed phased procurement and installation over the space of a year to tie in with the contractor’s phased works to minimise disruption to residents and staff.

Our team ensured the safety and security of our working areas to safeguard both residents and staff.

Dementia New Build

For this 60 bed, new-build dementia home, we managed the furnishings procurement and installation including lounge & dining furniture, ancillary furniture, office furniture, artwork and accessories.

We also provided garden furniture and features like water fountains for the ‘inside-outside’ spaces. Deliveries and installations were phased to meet the client’s requirements.
